» Provided an interactive keynote presentation for a seminary students, faculty and staff to create a new conversation about the connection of individual psychology, spirituality and organizational dynamics.

» Served as interim foundation staff to a multimillion dollar public school reform initiative.

» Designed and conducted a year-long leadership and organizational development initiative for eight associate pastors at an African American Church as the church experienced explosive growth.

» Conducted a two year cooperative inquiry with eight nationally recognized community leaders on challenges facing movement building organizers of color.

» Created an ongoing occasional seminar, “Leadership in Uncertain Times,” for ten independent school heads which developed their experiences as case material for discussion.

» Served on a multigenerational, multicultural, multidisciplinary team to design a weekend retreat for community leaders to explore issues of identity and leadership.

» Worked on team to deliver 10 month Ministry Leadership Formation program to health care executives through 360 feedback, seminars and small groups interaction.
